Welcome to the Alcove Trails library!  My name is Christina Miller and I am thrilled to be part of the team launching Alcove Trails this year.  This is my 4th year with Frenship ISD as a library clerk.  My journey to working with middle schoolers started 18 years ago as a pre-k teacher and making the leap to middle school has been so much fun.  I love getting to know my students, learning about their interests, and assisting them in selecting books that engage them.  I truly believe there is no child who hates reading, they simply haven't found the right book for them yet!

 

I was born and raised in California but have called Lubbock home for most of my adult life.  My husband is a graphic designer, and we have 2 children who are also Frenship Tigers. When I am not at work, you will find me hanging out with my family, spending time outside, baking, drinking coffee, or reading.
