Frenship ISD is proud to announce that Terra Vista Middle School Head Band Director Roel Sanchez has been awarded the Lubbock Christian University Award for Excellence in Teaching.

Bradley Hughes, a 2005 Frenship graduate made his very own documentary about the life of World Champion Bull Rider, Lane Frost. Through the people closest to Lane Frost and bull riding champions of today, the documentary dives into the story of a cowboy who left his mark on Western culture and rodeo sports. Published author and Reese Education Center English teacher, Jefferson Marshall was recently featured in a segment for the Texas Country Reporter 100 Year Celebration. Additionally, Marshall will be the featured author for the National Ranching Heritage Center Ranch Day.

On April 11, the Frenship ISD Board of Trustees unanimously voted to approve the student recommendations for the new mascot of Frenship Memorial High School as the Panthers with the official colors of Frenship blue and bright blue.
