Brigette Parsons has been the head band director at Alcove Trails Middle School since the school's opening in 2023. She has been in Frenship since 2021, previously serving as the assistant band director at Frenship Middle School.

Mrs. Parsons is a central Texas native, and before coming to Lubbock she was the Head Band Director at Canyon Vista Middle School and Assistant Band Director at Grisham Middle School in Austin, TX. Bands under her direction consistently earn UIL Sweepstakes and Best in Class awards at Texas music festivals.
Mrs. Parsons holds Bachelors and Masters degrees from The University of Texas at Austin. She currently serves as the TMEA Region 16 Middle School Band Coordinator and is a member of TMEA and Texas Bandmasters Association.
