Wendy Guerrero Nova is in her 1st year of teaching, 1st year in Frenship.

Ms. Guerrero was born and raised in Dominican Republic. She grew up in Houston, TX and graduated from Spring High School in 2018. After graduating, Ms. Guerrero attended Texas Tech University where she earned her Bachelor of Music, Music Education. During her time at Texas Tech, Ms. Guerrero played flute and piccolo in the concert ensembles and the Goin’ Band from Raiderland, while also being part of the TTU Flute studio.

Ms. Guerrero holds a Bachelors degree from Texas Tech University and is currently pursuing her Masters degree from that same institution. She is a member of the Texas Music Educators Association and Texas Bandmasters Association.
