This past weekend, all four Frenship ISD middle schools competed in the FIRST Tech Challenge League Championship. Three of the teams brought home hardware and one team is headed to the Area Championship.

All four Frenship middle schools were represented at the recent FIRST Tech Challenge hosted by Lubbock-Cooper. The teams are now gearing up for the League Championship, where they will have the chance to qualify for the Regional Championship.

Across the nation, school districts recognize February as Career and Technical Education (CTE) Month, and Frenship ISD is excited to recognize the highly successful CTE program that is shaping Frenship students’ futures.

Frenship elementary and middle schools attended the recent Get Excited About Robotics (GEAR) kickoff event, where they learned this year’s theme, "ROBO Park."

Frenship ISD is excited to announce Chelsey Campbell has been selected as the new principal of Frenship’s second high school, Memorial High School, scheduled to open in August of 2025.

It was a historic night for Frenship ISD as the Board of Trustees approved several major decisions for Frenship’s newest schools including a ninth elementary that will open August of 2024 and a second high school that will open August of 2025.

Current 8th graders and their parents are invited to attend an informational meeting to learn about the high school graduation plan, endorsements, the different courses offered in 9th grade, 4-year plans, and what is needed to start preparing for high school.

January is officially School Board Recognition Month in the state of Texas! Governor Greg Abbott issued this proclamation to highlight the invaluable contributions of the dedicated men and women who serve as trustees for the betterment of all Texas schools.

To wrap up the fall semester, numerous Frenship Fine Art programs are showcasing their talent and hard work through several holiday performances.
