Hello! My name is Kara Copeland, and I am the choir Director at Alcove Trails MS.

 

I have a Bachelors of Music, Music Education from Texas Tech University. While at Tech, I was a member, president, and student conductor of Scarlet Voce. I also took any opportunity to perform with a choir which led to my participation in the carol choir at TTU Carol of Lights, the collegiate honor choir for Southwest American Choral Directors Association, and a performance at Carnegie Hall. I graduated from Texas Tech University in 2022 and began my teaching career at ATMS in 2023.
