Frenship ISD is proud to announce Ray Mendoza, a 28-year law enforcement professional, has been selected as the district's new chief of police following the retirement of Chief Roy Bassett.
This week, Frenship students and staff teamed up with the Rotary Club of Lubbock to fill approximately 500 backpacks with food. The backpacks will go home with Frenship families identified as needing a helping hand this holiday season during the extended winter break.
Across the district, hundreds of fine arts students showcased their talents in a variety of holiday performances. From elementary Christmas caroling and middle school band and choir concerts to the high school winter theatre musical, Frenship students dazzled audiences as they wrapped up the fall semester.
THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 11.44% PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $77.70.
